This exhibit was erected by the German-Jewish Friendship Society of Recklinghausen, Germany, in honor of Rabbi Selig & Mrs. Hilda Auerbach. It is part of the Auerbach Prize that is awarded each year to the high school class that produces the best exhibit relating to the Holocaust.
